Yes, that's what I said....after 3 days of not pooping----and 3 hours in and out of the bathroom sitting on the potty (and some prune juice) she POOPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So of course we had a party!! Crazy to think what a huge accomplishment it is for such a little person. She was holding it in and mommy and daddy were worried and gave her prune juice and sat in there for hours today to help her through it, after lots of screaming and crying, she did it!!!! As Daddy and the Reynolds family promised her.......SHE GOT CAKE!!! Her character of choice was Pooh and that is exactly what she got. (Sorry for those of you who think this is an over share but we are beyond UBER PROUD of our girl!!!) She has gone from 12 pair of messy undies a day to 5 this weekend!!!!!! (Notice how flushed and blood shot her eyes are from all of the hard work....poor little thing) For those of you who've been through it I am sure you can remember the struggles and triumphs!!!
She had a great time with Nana also and got lots of treats as usual...a new Vikings Jersey since her new thing is watching football and yelling TOUCHDOWN!! We are totally wiped out after the constant in an out of the bathroom/potty but she has made huge progress in the last week. Auntie will be very proud of her on Tuesday!! We hope we can keep it up....personally this whole potty training thing is more stressful and worse than labor and delivery....... just my opinion!! Hope you all have a great Labor Day!
